Full-Time Missions

We welcome people from all walks of life, who love the Lord and are called to full-time missions service to join our team of missionaries. Missionaries with LHI commit at least one year to serve in a wide range of ministry roles. Applications are now being accepted.

Requirements to serve at Esperanza Viva:​

  • Devoted to Christ and to serving Him and others with your life
  • Be sent out by your church as a missionary
  • Conversational level of Spanish
  • Complete the application process
  • Raise financial support as a missionary with LHI
  • One year minimum commitment
  • 20+ years of age

Quest

Internship
The Quest internship program plugs passionate young adults into a diverse culture of missionary service, worship, and growth to solidify their calling. Quest interns can discover a world of ministry opportunities during this 3-month to 1-year program.

Requirements to serve at Esperanza Viva:

  • Pastoral endorsement
  • 18+ years of age
  • 3-12 month commitment
  • Spanish language requirement depends on area of service
