Prayer Requests

As we look ahead, we remain confident that God is already preparing the way. Thank you for standing with us in prayer as the vision of Living Hope continues to grow and touch more lives in the days to come.

Esperanza Viva

  • Please continue to pray with us for each of the children at Esperanza Viva, for their complete restoration, growth, and the bright futures God has planned for them. Many of the boys and girls we serve have experienced difficult circumstances, including loss, family separation, poverty, and other challenges. Yet we believe the love of Jesus is greater than all of these factors, bringing hope, healing, and a renewed sense of identity. Pray that each of these young people would encounter that love, and that they would realize their potential in Him and continue to grow in confidence and purpose. Please also pray for the caregivers as they faithfully guide the children, providing care and support every step of the way.

Nations School

  • Our school is currently on summer break, with plans to begin the fall quarter in late August. Please pray for our teachers and staff during this season—that they would be refreshed, renewed, and strengthened as they prepare to welcome students back. Pray that they would return with wisdom, passion, and a renewed commitment to the mission of educating the next generation of leaders who will impact their world.

    Please begin to pray for the students, both returning and new, as they begin a new school year. Pray that they would grow in faith, character, and confidence, discover their God-given potential, and be equipped to lead with purpose and make a difference in the world around them.

Living Hope Outreach

  • Thanks to teams of volunteers from the US and Mexico, plus the faithful volunteers from Nations Church, the outreach efforts in San Martin and the villages in Oaxaca are moving forward. Work teams have done a great job improving the mission base in San Martin through maintenance projects, and the church construction in Chalcatongo is progressing steadily. Pray for these places to be havens of refuge, hope, and the message of Jesus to be shared with many more people. Pray for more people willing to serve in these areas that are still unreached.

Nations Ministry Institute

  • We are excited to welcome seven new young people to our Internship program following their graduation from the Nations Institute ministry course in June. Please pray for each of these young adults as they dedicate this next season of their lives to learning, growing, and being trained in ministry. Pray that they would be equipped and encouraged as they serve in the children´s dormitories at Esperanza Viva, help with outreach, and support our ministry teams.

    Pray for the new applicants who are considering enrolling in our fall course beginning August. Pray that God would guide their decisions and give them clarity and confirmation as they consider taking this important step in their journey of faith and ministry.

Nations Church

  • The annual Nations Conference, with this year’s theme “Seated with Christ,” is coming up in late July, with an expected attendance of about 600 people. Please pray for every person who comes—that they would encounter God in a meaningful way, grow in their understanding of their identity in Christ, and leave transformed by His presence.

    Pray for a strong turnout, favorable weather, and for God to move throughout the entire weekend. Pray that every speaker, volunteer, and attendee would be encouraged, strengthened in their faith, and experience meaningful moments of connection with God and with others.

Living Hope International

  • Thank you for praying for the entire ministry of Living Hope International.

    As we approach the annual Giving Hope benefit events, pray with us that God would open hearts to join this mission of rescuing and restoring at-risk children, reaching more people with the message of salvation, and raising up more leaders who will bring lasting change to their communities and the world.
Missions
  • We are grateful for the mission base in San Martin and the opportunity to welcome families in the surrounding villages to come and receive the message of Jesus. There is a growing number of young mothers and children who are becoming regular attendees at the events with our missions teams that serve them each week. Pray that the outreach center would continue to be a place where families come and encounter the hope of the Gospel and experience life-changing transformations.
