Since 1979, Marty & Mary Madsen have served as missionaries in the US, France, and Mexico. In 2000, they began working at Esperanza Viva Youth Home, and they enjoyed seeing the lives of the children change through the love of Christ. They currently reside primarily in the United States but enjoy coming back to Mexico in the role of “grandparents” to everyone here. Their experience in raising four children (now all married), along with sowing into the lives of their ten grandchildren, is invaluable in ministering to, counseling, and loving on the children and staff at Esperanza Viva.
